A friend of mine from work has been trying to get me to invest in real estate. He recently started investing some of his extra income into Wilmington real estate and he says that it’s a great way to invest and make quite a bit of money. A friend of mine is trying to sell his house. He and his wife just had another baby and they want to get into a bigger house so that it doesnt feel so cramped. With all of the interest rates going up for loans and mortgages, I think they should have stayed in their apartment for a little while longer. They only pay $450 a month for rent, which is a steal anywhere else. They could be putting the money back for a couple of years so they wouldnt need such a hefty loan. He makes good money so they would be fine staying in their apartment for now and putting money back. His parents almost lost their house while they were still making payments on a remortgage a few years ago, but luckily they had mortgage payment protection. I’ve been thinking about investing into some Phoenix real estate. I ran into an old high school friend of mine a while back and he has apparently become a very successful real estate broker. He said he started investing into real estate before he even thought about becoming a broker. He made alot of money out near Phoenix and gave me a few pointers and areas of interest.

Lately I have been reading alot about real estate and financial investing. Wilmington NC real estate seems to be gathering alot of talk amongst real estate investors. I’ve been checking on real estate in that area and I’m really considering getting in while I still can.

Tennessee may be a little country for some, but it is still a place that people want to move to. Why? From what I hear, prices for rental mortgage are cheap. In some spots in Tennessee you will find a three bedroom home complete with fireplace and large living room space available for $500 a month with a down payment of $300. My best friend is bent moving to Tennessee. And as good as that price sounds, there must be a valid reason why it’s that affordable. I’m not even going to try to speculate about this, I would just wish her good luck.
