We are thinking about adding some new Murray Feiss lighting to our home. We’ve been working on a few other home improvement projects and decided to go ahead and replace and add some new lighting as well. I’m hoping to be done with all of the home improvement projects fairly soon so we can start enjoying our new and improved home.

So lately the house has been a mess with all of the work that my girlfriend thinks we need done. The new carpet is finally done but now were having the kitchen sinks and tile redone. I swear the woman thinks that I’m made of money. I’ll be so glad when all of this is over and I can move about my house freely.

I’ve been thinking alot lately about which home improvement projects I can handle doing myself. The first thing im going to do is take care of a few light fixtures that need replacing. I’m also thinking about pulling up the carpet and refinishing the hardwood floors that are underneath it. I think hardwood floors would give a few of the rooms a very nice look. I’ll post the progress as I get things finished.

I recently ordered some new faux wood blinds from BlindsChalet.com and I could not be happier with them. I’m in the middle of several different home improvement projects and the new blinds were just one of the many things on the list.

I’ve been reading alot of do it yourself guides to home improvement and I have saved quite a bit of money. The next thing I’ll be replacing is some of my home lighting. I will post more updates as I get around to everything.

I am in the middle of remodeling my kitchen and adding some new granite countertops.  I’ve been reading different articlels on ImprovementWeb.com and they really do have some interesting tips for various home improvement projects.
