Lately I have been considering a different career path. I’ve been checking around to see what administrative jobs are available in my area and to my surprise there are quite a few. A friend of mine was telling me about admin jobs and it really got me thinking about my future career plans and where my current job was going to be in five or ten years.

My parents lost all of their health insurance coverage when my father retired last year. They began struggling with their health. There wasn’t as much money to pay for their medicines they needed. One company that I recognize strongly is Johnson & Johnson, for assisting people with their health needs. Their very strong healthcare innovation has helped many people struggling as my parents are. They have assisted thousands of people in enabling them of getting the medicines they need. They certainly care for people so much and it shows. They offer many over the counter products that many people are unaware of. Their company has many locations, which employ many different people in many different departments. As a large company, they are highly known for being a great company to work for. They treat their employees with gratitude. I highly recommend this company for all the supplies and medicines, along with all they do to help those in need of assistance. There needs to be more companies as great as Johnson and Johnson. I know our entire family and friends really appreciates all they do.

A while back an employee of a life insurance company came into our office for some computer work and we got to talking. He was telling me about the importance of life insurance for kids. Most families don’t even think to take out a life insurance policy on their children, surprisingly. My mother had a life insurance policy on me from the time I was very young, just in case something bad would have happened, God forbid. Nobody wants to be stuck paying ten thousand dollars for funeral expenses when someone dies.

One of the best investments I have ever made was purchasing a condo hotel in Las Vegas. I use it a few times a year, and the rest of the year, I rent it out. When renting it out, I usually rent it for a month at a time. Not only do I get my investment paid for by renting it out, I also make extra money doing that. It is a paid vacation for our family throughout the year, when it is not being occupied by a renter. It is like an extra income that allows me to be able to invest more money in other areas. People buy, sell and rent them all over the world.

I have had the same insurance company handle my car insurance for over 12 years. A friend of mine told me that a person could get a cheaper rate, if you check around, and get lower rates with a different company, if you do this every few years. I decided to do that. I was shocked to see how much lower the auto insurance quote I received, just after the first company I called. I will continue to do this every couple, or few years. It is worth it to save quite a few dollars doing so.

I’m not really that savvy when it comes to finance topics such as loans, mortgages, insurance and that sort of thing. I was talking to a friend of mine at work trying to get some advice about personal loans and no fax payday loans and he recommended that I check out a website called CompleteLoanSource.com. He told me that they provide several very helpful resources and articles to help inform you about the loan process and help you get a loan without jumping through a bunch of hoops. Once in a while I do have to use payday loan services and some of them are just a hassle to deal with. I’m still reading different pages from this website, but it really does seem like they have some great resources.

A friend of mine from work has been trying to get me to invest in real estate. He recently started investing some of his extra income into Wilmington real estate and he says that it’s a great way to invest and make quite a bit of money. I might see if he’ll sit down and run through everything that’s involved. I can always use some extra money.

A friend of mine is trying to sell his house. He and his wife just had another baby and they want to get into a bigger house so that it doesnt feel so cramped. He’s been talking to a very nice real estate agent and they’ve had a few people come look at his house, but he just doesnt want to lower the price enough to sell it fast.

I’ve been looking around online to see where I can get the overall best free checking account, in terms of freatures and everything. I havent been able to find anything that beats WaMu (WaMu.com). You only need one dollar to open the checking account, which is very nice. They give you free checks, free wire transfers, no monthly service charge, free ATM withdrawals and more. Good luck finding something better than this. I’m going to sign up within the next couple of days.
