Too many people try to lose weight quickly in the wrong way. They sometimes quit eating at all or very little or start taking diet pills that have not been approved by the FDA, which can be dangerous and many bad side effects. Quick weight loss can be very dangerous if doing it the wrong way. You could start eating different foods, smaller portions or even eat at an earlier hour and not so close to bedtime. A person should never try to accomplish quick weight loss without the advice of a doctor.
