Custom Nitro

A while back a friend of mine was having a little party for his girlfriend. She just got her degree and he just wanted to have a little celebration in her honor. He purchased Kentucky Derby party invitations to send to everyone and had a huge selection of food and beverages. Even people who normally wouldn’t have went to the party showed up just to eat and drink for free.

I’ve been looking around at different exercise equipment to buy. I’ve been wanting an elliptical for a while. They say an elliptical works your muscles and body twice as hard as a treadmill, in the same ammount of time. Right now the only thing I have is a treadmill and I really don’t use it as much as I should. I think that if I picked up a new elliptical machine I would use it quite a bit.

My girlfriend has alot of family in Tennessee. We went up to see them during Christmas time.  We actually stayed in a town called Pigeon Forge. The airport was about 50 miles from where we were staying, just south of Knoxville, so it wasn’t a bad drive at all. The Pigeon Forge cabins were great. I actually wouldn’t mind going back up there just to get away for a week.
